The CWA provides the following arrangements at its Customer Service Centres:
 
  • A non-stop and one-stop shop services during business hours at our Customer Service Centres.
  • An extension of hours of service at the cash offices during the peak periods to render payment of bills easier.
  • An armed Police Officer at our cash offices as a security measure for our customer and employees.
